Yes! More and more are coming to the market all the time. W Vapes has a high CBD pen which is great as it is ACDC so if you don’t want psychoactivity, then this oil will work for you. I believe they also have a 1:1.
The one that I use for my migraines is called Electra Tsu by Bloom Farms and it is a 3:1 ratio. I like higher CBD oil cartridges as you get all the relaxation and less of a psychoactive high depending on the ratio.
