Q&A

Am i elgible for a card in NY if I have frequent migraines?

In New York State migraines are not a qualifying condition for medical cannabis. However, depending on your symptoms you may qualify under chronic pain. To qualify under chronic pain, you must have an onset of pain that has lasted or is expected to last longer than 3 months. Additionally, the pain would have to be debilitating, degrade your heath or functional capability. You may also qualify if you have experience a failure of all other traditional treatments. The only way to make this determination is to have a telehealth visit with one of our NY providers to discuss your individual case.
