We have quite a few members that have anxiety and insomnia issues together and what I have seen that has worked quite well is a high CBD tincture for the anxiety issue and an nice Indica THC tincture for sleep, many take both CBD and THC at bedtime and keep the CBD dose higher than the THC with no psychoactive effects…just nice deep sleep.
