Q&A

does cannabis effect dreams

THC can decrease REM sleep (the stage where dreaming occurs) and increase the amount of time you are in a deeper, slow wave, stage 3 sleep. This results in a very restful, restorative sleep with less dreaming. This is especially beneficial for patients who suffer from nightmares.
