Q&A

What's the deal with having to choose between opiates & MMJ?

"At my last medical provider appointment for a new script I was told I had to sign a very restrictive FEDERAL government contract taking my pain care management out of my hands after 30 years. What can be done I need BOTH! "

I assume you’re referring to the physician that prescribes your opiates? Because cannabis remains a Schedule I drug at the federal level, many physicians are concerned that their medical license could be jeopardized if they are even indirectly involved in caring for a patient that consumes cannabis. You may need to start looking for a medical provider that take a more holistic approach and is supportive of your use of cannabis.
