You can purchase crystalline CBD. It is essentially 100% CBD. I know guild extracts makes these. You can also purchase CBD oil that is upwards of 90% CBD.
You also may be incorrect in thinking your CBD oil is cut with a carrier oil. Some companies do add oils into their products, but many of the oils with your CBD extractions are oils and waxes that are from the cannabis plant that are also extracted along with the cannabinoids.
