Here are some excellent strains to aid sleep:
Querkle, Granddaddy Purple, Skywalker, God’s Gift, Afghan Kush and Northern Lights.
I also highly recommend:

It depends on what your sleeping issue is since the answers differs. If your issue is goin to sleep, you want a faster and shorter acting substance. Vaping, flower or a tincture would be best for this.
If your issue is staying asleep, then a edible which takes 1-2 hours to kick in, would be the best for you since it last the longest and will help you stay asleep.
What is important is to keep a "sleep log" of what you had for dinner (fatty meal, etc) and what time you ate. Record that, as well as what cannabis product you took, how you slept and how you felt in the morning. You may need to adjust the dose, time of use etc. depending on how are affected. It may take a week or so to determine what is best for you.
