"Looking to see if any research has been done with cannabis and the symptoms of lichen sclerosis?"
I certainly wish we had answers for you but in my 40 years of taking care of women, this is an area that has progressed little and we do not have answers. Since infections often are present, bacterial and fungal, be certain you have a healthy GI system and reduce all inflammation in the body. CBD internally and externally may help to reduce the inflammation (also consider THCA salve) as well as some of the discomfort but you may need to try adding other products to your topical cannabis for relief of symptoms and you may find those suggestions in an online search. Since precancerous lesions could be present, it is wise to have a regular annual checkup and you may want to photograph the lesions so you can keep track of the progression of the lesions.
