Hi there. Here’s an article we wrote a while back on cannabis as treatment for Crohn’s and Colitis. At the end there’s a list of a few specific strains that people say are good for treating GI disorders. I’m not a doctor so I don’t want to recommend a consumption method for you, but I will say in general everyone has their favorite (smoking, vaping, edibles, tinctures) and it just takes a little bit of experimentation to see what you like best and what treats your symptoms best.
