Hi, you might want to ask the merchant what products or ingredients are being used in the CBD oil you are using. Or how much THC is present. While hemp-derived CBD oil may contain up to 0.3% of THC in it, most likely it would not cause any psychoactive effects. CBD is naturally non-psychoactive. You may however feel more relaxed, which some people can associate with being “high.”
