In New York, it is illgeal to carry the flower in any amounts and it is punishable by a fine of $100 for possession of up tp 25 grams for the first offense. In California adults can legally possess up to 1-ounce of cannabis if the form of flower or eight grams of concentrate such as oil, hash, and/or dabs.
