Is there any evidence that cannabis cures cancer?


There is plenty on evidence that indicates that cannabis treats the symptoms of cancer such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia. Some research shows that cannabis can slow cancer growth in types of cancer. However, current research is limited. More pharmacological and clinical studies need to be done to determine if cannabis can be used as a cure.
