My favorite topical cream is made by CannaCare but they do not offer their cream or salve on a website so I do not know how you would obtain the product. I purchase it from Sonoma Patient Group in Santa Rosa but you might be able to have a delivery service find it for you but I do find the 2:1, CBD:THC, works best. I do think the significant issue is that a CBD dominant salve is very effective so you could start with that information in looking for an effective product. I encourage you to use the salve where you hurt but also treat the corresponding area of your spine where the nerves come out for better coverage of you pain problems.
I also recommend CBD internally like the CareByDesign 18:1 spray in the mouth.
