I am sorry to heat about your mother. BIle duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) is very insidious since it is slow growing and may not cause symptoms until it has spread or is inoperable.
There have been no data to date that show that any type of cannabis can cure cancer, from the bile ducts or any other location. There are of course reports from various people that have claimed to have been "cured" of cancer by using cannabis in very high CBD:THC ratios.
From my perspective I look at this from any negative effects that can occur from using cannabis in this situation. Your mother might be experiencing pain from her cancer and cannabis has been shown to work very well in helping with this. BY using cannabis in a balanced 1;1 ratio or even a higher THC percentage may give her some pain relief without any ot the side effects of opioids such as constipation.
