Hopefully, Evoxe will answer this question regarding their product but my awareness of orange oil is that it helps as an anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic pain reducer and mood booster but I am not aware of why it might be in this medication. It should help with sleep also due to its sedative effect.
