Cannabis is one fo the oldest, safest, best medicines on the earth. It has no overdose potential and does not damage internal organs. It is safe to use in combination with almost any other substance. I am unaware of any specific contra-indications to taking cannabis along with venlafaxine, but I would reccomend consulting with the prescribing doctor.
