Yes you should be concerned about what you are ingesting or inhaling. However this issue is debatable. A lot of people ask me if vaping is safer than smoking and I usually say, "not if you are vaping dog shit". Toxins, carcinogens and chemicals are all around us in the water, food and air. You should try to avoid ingesting large amounts of them.
