The "official" date is January 1 2018. However this may change depending on the legislature and licensing,and all the fine points that need to be worked out. It may be later then that and, though doubtful, may be sooner. I am sure as soon as any cannabis is able to purchased without a medical recommendation, the publicity around it will be quite loud.
