Which oil is best for back pain?

"I’ve been using the Creme, but have heard the oil is better?"

I have tried several of these. Ultimately there is some trial and error, as some do seem to work better for some than others. In my case, I have settled into couple:

Apothecanna Extra Strength relieving bod oil
Flower Power Muscle & Joints

Both smell great, are easy to carry around and so far work pretty well for me. Good luck!
