"I recently had a stroke. I have been on Eliquis in case I might have aFib. My 4 week 24/7 heart monitor found no aFib, but my doctor is planning to put in a long term heart monitor to be sure.
In the mean time, I would really prefer to continue taking my cannabis for various ailments without having to worry that it will cause internal bleeding due to Eliquis not metabolising (P450 enzymes?). Are there any blood thinners for treating aFib and reducing stroke that are not affected by CBD/THC/etc.?
I am also very interested in taking recently legalized CBD products, but that seems to cause even more problems than still fed illegal weed (high THC, low CBD)."
