The side effect profile is similar to other cannabis products. If you are using this for sleep, my guess is that this product is more THC based with the possibility of some CBD and other cannabinoids inside. Side effects include but are not limited to: drowsiness (obviously), trouble w/ concentration, decreased balance, clumsiness/ lack of coordination, dry mouth. From what is in the literature, 10mg is on the lower end of dosage and so the side effects should be less. Please be careful when using cannabis with other medications such as opiates, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxants, anti-seizure meds like gabapentin for neuropathy,
