Hi there!
If you are referring to the Absolute Xtracts battery, please make sure you have charged it before using it. The button may flash a red light if the battery is low. You should have received a USB charger that you can attach the battery to charge in your preferred USB port.
If you are referring to the cartridge, please make sure you have screwed it on evenly onto the battery. There should not be any gaps or bumps in between the cartridge or battery.
