Hi there!
That’s a great question. Vaporizing the actual flower would be the best way to achieve the entourage effect.
When making cannabis oil for vaporizer cardtridges, most companies isolate THC and/or CBD, while filtering out most of the other cannabinoids and terpenes. Care By Design cartridges, however, use the whole plant, rather than specifically isolating THC and/or CBD, so their vape cartridges should have more accessory cannabinoids and terpenes than most. Even better, the vaporizers by Dosist and Jetty Extracts actually put terpenes back into the oil.
However, as mentioned above, vaporizing the actual flower would be the best way to achieve the entourage effect—there is no isolating procedure, obviously. Also, flower vaporizers have temperature control, so you can even adjust the temperature to release, or avoid, specific terpenes, cannabinoids or toxins. The following link describes the properties and boiling points of cannabinoids and terpenes:
Pax Vaporizers are widely considered to be the best portable flower vaporizers out there.
Hope this helps!!
