I am not a doctor and so this answer only represents my opinion. Honestly, this is a really tough question as what works well for one person may not work well for another. I have migraines as does Melissa here at HelloMD and we both LOVE the new oil cartridge by Bloom Farms which is a high CBD ratio. Both of us have found it knocked out our migraines. My one word of caution is that I find some strains can actually exacerbate my migraines, so I always start low and slow.
