In my opinion, they are often the best choice in medicinal cannabis. Oils that have a ratio of THC:CBD of 1:1 have the full Entourage Effect. That is, the sum equals more than it’s individual parts. CBD and THC act synergistically, potentiating each other’s pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. With a balanced oil, much of the psychoactivity is mitigated, therefore, you have the advantage of treating your symptoms and remaining clear-thinking and productive without being mentally impaired or appearing loopy or stoned.
