Thank you! I don’t take extra supplemental calcium & do take vitamin D3 plus plenty of greens. The pain is mainly in my thumb joints but the rest of my fingers do get sore as well. I like to stay away from the THC on a regular basis because of the altered affects. I am currently using Whoopi & Maya rub. I have used Aunt Zelda’s salve in the past. Would CBD KUSH be good as well?

if you have tried other modalities with no relief, then depending on your medical history medical marijuana may be an option. Some will get relief of chronic pain from arthritis with cannabis.
