Once you get your recommendation, you are technically able to purchase cannabis products. However, different dispensaries and delivery services have differing requirements on the documents they want to see.
Some will accept your electronic recommendation (PDF), or receive it directly from HelloMD if they have partnered with us to do so. Others will insist on seeing the physical copy we mail you before they will accept you as a patient.
To ensure no difficulties with this, we recommend you call the dispensary you plan to visit before and ask them what documentation they require. As a general rule, you will find that delivery services are more flexible, as they usually validate your recommendation before showing up at your door.
