Q&A

What does a marijuana plant look like?

Cannabis is a flowering plant in the family Cannabaceae. It is an annual, dioecious (male & female), flowering herb. The leaves are shaped like a spread hand, with jagged edged leaflets. The first pair of leaves usually have a single leaflet, the number gradually increasing up to a maximum of about thirteen leaflets per leaf (usually seven or nine). At the top of a flowering plant, this number diminishes to a single leaflet per leaf.
