Hello! While I’m not able to make specific product recommendations, I can recommend that an olive oil based tincture made primarily with THC could help you. THC is psychoactive can be further divided into either indica or sativa. Indica has the tendency to make you drowsy, whereas sativa can give you more energy. Depending on the time of day, you might chose one or the other. I’d recommend to start with a low dose (a couple drops) 15 minutes before meals or as needed for nausea. The dose can be increased to find the therapeutic range for you. Alternatively, you might try taking ginger or using Sea Bands for acupressure.
