Q&A

What do you recommend for back pain caused by a bulging disc incurred in an accident?

Use CBD-only-tincture (which is an edible) , one dose a day, as a first line therapy for the back pain.

  1. See article https://www.hellomd.dev/health-wellness/micro-dosing-cannabis-stopped-my-chronic-pain
  2. For more pain-relief, add a tincture of CBD/THC that is 50/50% concentration.
  3. For additional pain relief, Use a vaping pen with Canna Tsu, ACDC or Harlequin. These strains contain around 20% CBD..
6.Use Topical cannabis in a lotion or cream, to treat to areas of pain and inflammation, 1 to 3 x a day as needed. They can give immediate relief

Consider nutrition grade cannabis infused edibles in 10 mg THC dose for extended duration pain relief as alternative to NSAID’s and opiates and in 20mg THC dose to promote sleep
The edibles, like "terra-bites" will last a long time.
REMEMBER, WITH ALL THE CANNABIS, START LOW, AND GO SLOW.
best of luck.
