I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, can cannabis help me?

Cannabis has been used successfully for treatment of peripheral neuropathy as well as a couple patients w/ trigeminal neuralgia. A fair body of evidence supports the use of mainly-THC products for trigeminal neuralgia & neuropathy but one can always try various ratios of CBD as well as THC to optimize the pain relief for yourself. One has to be careful about the use of opiates, benzodiazepines, or neuroleptics like gabapentin at the same time as cannabis products as combinations of these might increase risk of fall/ accident/ lack of balance & coordination as have been observed for some patients.
