Yes, I can recommend a Cannabis topical that does not contain coconut oil but I don’t know if you can get it in your area because the topicals tend to be very regional. I absolutely love Canna Care, especially their 2:1 CBD dominant salve. The ingredients listed are: Grape seed oil, beeswax, medical cannabis, lavender, chamomile and calendula.
