Q&A

If I have a medical marijuana license in California, can I use it in New York?

No. You will have to get a card for New York. The options and uses are different depending on the state.

To be qualified to treat patients in NYS, you must be a physician or nurse practitioner licensed to practice in New York state, in good standing, have completed a four-hour course approved by the Commissioner, certified and registered with the NYS Department of Health Medical Marijuana program.
