Q&A

Can I legally purchase marijuana in South Carolina?

"I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain."

The only cannabis that is allowed in South Carolina at this time would be the
Hemp CBD’s for only patient’s who have terminal or potentially chronic life threatening illnesses and it appears that all other attempts to legalize medical marijuana for a qualified patient with a prescription from a licensed Physician was rejected by South Carolina Senate, just last year, 2016. At this time it’s not legal for you to purchase, possess or use marijuana in South Carolina.
You do have legal organizations in South Carolina that are trying to get the laws passed for the citizens in South Carolina so I encourage you to join one of those groups.
