No. Cannabis does not cure cancer but cannabis can combine with cancer treatment to potentially slow the growth and spread of cancer and it will certainly help with the negative effects of treating cancer with surgery, chemo and radiation. Before any cancer surgery you should stop your cannabis treatment at least 48 to 72 hours before surgery since cannabis, especially the CBDs can act as a blood thinner potentially complicating surgery with unwanted bleeding. Cannabis may kill cancer cells but that does not ‘cure cancer’.
